How it works
Reach "Exam Ready" status
Train in EEPA until your readiness score hits 88% or higher. Your dashboard shows your current level at all times — "Exam Ready" is the threshold that unlocks guarantee eligibility.
Pass 5 qualifying mock exams
Complete 5 full 100-question mock exams on Medium (≥88% to pass) or Hard (≥80% to pass) difficulty. Easy exams and timed-out sessions don't count. Your dashboard tracks your qualifying mock count.
Subscribe for 30 paid days
Stay on an active paid subscription for at least 30 days before your exam date. Your guarantee window begins on your first paid billing day — free trial days don't count.
Take your exam within 60 days
Sit your licensing exam within 60 days of your last active subscription day. The guarantee covers first attempts only.
Claim your refund if needed
If you don't pass, email a copy of your official exam result to support@eepa.io within 30 days of your exam date. We'll verify your qualifying conditions and process your refund within 14 days.

- ✓5 full-length qualifying mock exams passed: 100 questions, Medium difficulty (≥88%) or Hard difficulty (≥80%), completed before the timer expires
- ✓Active paid subscription for at least 30 days
- ✓Exam taken within 60 days of your last active subscription day
- ✓First licensing exam attempt only
What the refund covers
Covered
- ✓All subscription payments made, up to 3 months ($177 maximum)
- ✓Processed within 14 days to your original payment method
Not covered
- ✕State licensing exam fees paid to your jurisdiction
- ✕Electrician license application or renewal fees
- ✕Any costs billed outside of EEPA
Additional terms
- • One claim per person. The guarantee cannot be claimed more than once.
- • To claim: email your official exam result (fail notice or score report) to support@eepa.io within 30 days of your exam date, from the email address on your EEPA account.
- • EEPA verifies all qualifying conditions against account data before issuing a refund. Exam Ready status and qualifying mock completions are recorded automatically — they cannot be claimed retroactively.
- • Easy-difficulty exams and sessions that exceed the time limit do not count toward the 5 qualifying mock requirement. Readiness score is difficulty-weighted to prevent Easy practice from artificially inflating the score to 88%.
- • The guarantee does not apply if your subscription was obtained through a discount, promotion, or comp arrangement that explicitly excluded guarantee eligibility.
- • EEPA's question bank covers National Electrical Code (NEC) content. We do not guarantee coverage of state-specific amendments or local code additions.
- • Terms finalized July 5, 2026. Subject to update — any changes will be announced at least 30 days in advance for existing subscribers.
